AI CHI

TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 9:00 - 9:45

Tai chi and yoga are fused together to create a healing symphony of motion.  Graceful movements of the upper and lower torso create a sense of well-being in body, mind and spirit.  Wonderful for pain and stress management.  

With regular attendance, you will:

Ai Chi was created in Japan and brought to the US by ATRI, the Aquatic Therapy Rehab Association.  It is helping people not only here but all over the country with arthritis, fibromyalgia, stroke, parkinsons, respiratory problems, asthma, hypertension and much more lead a healthier life.

WATER-GAIT - ARTHRITIS AND JOINT
TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 10:00 - 10:45 AM, 12:00 - 12:45 PM

If you have joint pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, or orthopedic condition, this class is for you.  Also excellent for MS, neurological conditions, and recovering cancer patients.  Improve your balance with fun and interesting props, and  strengthen and stretch your muscles. 

Full range of motion exercises for upper and lower extremities help soothe the pain and make walking on land easier.  Discover how the magic of water can cure what ails you!

WATER-GAIT -- WEEKEND WARRIOR
Saturday 8-9 am

FUN AND FAST!  Kick start your weekend with an invigorating aquatic workout.  A faster, more aerobic workout perfect for healthy but more mature crowd who have outgrown the cold water at the gym.  Perfect for people who want strenuous yet gentle on the joints exercise.

Class is open to non-Bethany residents aged 55 or older.  Enjoy the beautiful ambience of the sky lights, domed ceilings, and 88 degree sparkling water.  Call to register.

AI CHI:  $72/ 16 class session;  Half time: $45
WATER-GAIT
Arthritis and Joint:  $106/16 classes;  Half time: $60
WATER-GAIT Weekend Warrior:  $35/7 CLASSES

Drop in:  $10 all classes
